Does Wildcraft ship to Canada?

Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories.

Does Wildcraft ship to the U.S.?

Yes! We ship to the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.

Do you ship outside Canada and the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. at this time. We hope to soon. Tag us on social media @wildcraftcare to let us know where you live!

What shipping methods are available?

Within Canada

We offer both Standard and Express shipping for orders. For orders over $35 (before tax and excluding gift cards), we offer FREE Standard shipping.

For orders $35 or less, a flat rate of $8 is applied for Standard shipping. We also offer Express shipping at a rate of $2 to $6 depending on the delivery location. (The Express shipping rate will be added onto the $8 Standard flat rate.)

Within the U.S.

We offer both Standard shipping for orders. For orders over $35 (before tax and excluding gift cards), we offer FREE Standard shipping.

For orders $35 or less, a flat rate of $12 is applied for Standard shipping.

When will my order ship?

Within Canada

Your order will be shipped from Toronto within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Standard shipping will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. All packages shipped through our Express service will be sent via Canada Post Xpress. See below for the most up-to-date estimated ship times.

 Within the U.S.

All Wildcraft products are shipped from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within two days of original order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 14 - 20 business days for delivery.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you haven’t yet received a shipping confirmation email, please email hello@wildcraftcare.com with your order number as soon as possible; we’ll do our best to help!

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, unfortunately, the order has already been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout.

Returns

What is Wildcraft’s return policy?

We’re sorry you’re thinking about returning your product. We’re happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 30 days of delivery. We ask you to simply cover the cost of shipping (and customs and duty fees for U.S. residents). Products must have been purchased through our online store, and all gift cards and samples are final sale.

Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist.

I ordered online and my product arrived defective or damaged.

We’re sorry to hear your product arrived defective or damaged! Please send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of delivery. We will assess the extent of the damage and provide a full refund if applicable.

I bought a product through a stockist and it arrived defective or damaged.

Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. Regrettably, we do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.

I haven’t received my package yet.

Within Canada

Please allow 14 business days for delivery. If your order still hasn't arrived within this time frame, send us a quick email at hello@wildcraftcare.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of the postal service's control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.

Within the U.S.

Please allow 14-20 business days for delivery. If your order still hasn't arrived within this time frame, send us a quick email at hello@wildcraftcare.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
