Does Wildcraft ship to the U.S.?

Yes! We ship to all states across the U.S., except Alaska and Puerto Rico, using UPS and USPS.

Will there be customs or duties on my order?

Wildcraft will always cover any applicable customs or duties on orders going to the U.S.

Does Wildcraft ship to Canada?

Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada using Purolator, Intelcom, and FleetOptics.

Do you ship outside Canada and the U.S.?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. We hope to in the future. If you’d like to see Wildcraft ship to your area, tag us on social media at @wildcraftcare and let us know where you live.

What shipping methods are available?

Within the U.S.

We offer Standard shipping for U.S. orders. Orders over $40 before tax qualify for free Standard shipping, not including gift cards in that total. For orders $40 or less, a flat rate of $12 applies for Standard shipping.

Within Canada

We offer both Standard and Express shipping for orders. Orders over $40 before tax qualify for free Standard shipping, not including gift cards in that total. For orders $40 or less, a flat rate of $8 applies for Standard shipping.

Express shipping is also available at a rate of $2 to $6 depending on the delivery location. For orders $40 or less, the Express shipping rate is added to the $8 Standard flat rate.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. See below for the most up-to-date estimated shipping times.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please email hello@wildcraftcare.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships.

If you have already received a shipping confirmation email, your order has unfortunately already been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout.

Returns

What is Wildcraft’s return policy?

We’re sorry to hear your product was not the right fit. We’re happy to offer a full refund on any unused product returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible, products must have been purchased through our online store. Please note that gift cards and samples are final sale.

Products purchased through one of our stockists are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

I ordered online and my product arrived defective or damaged.

We’re sorry to hear your product arrived defective or damaged! Please send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of delivery. We will assess the extent of the damage and provide a full refund if applicable.

I bought a product through a stockist and it arrived defective or damaged.

Products purchased through our stockists are subject to the return policies of that retailer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or process refunds for products purchased from a stockist.

I haven’t received my package yet.

Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. If your order still has not arrived after that time, send us a quick email at hello@wildcraftcare.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to look into it.

Please note that if a package is delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, or for reasons outside of the carrier’s control, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.
