*** PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume postal carriers are experiencing during this time, deliveries may be delayed up to 1 - 2 weeks from the times noted below. We are still fulfilling and sending out orders Monday - Friday but packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
We ship for free anywhere in Canada on orders over $35 (before tax). For orders of $35 or less, a flat shipping charge of $8 will be applied.

All of our orders are shipped within two days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays) out of Toronto via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service. The following table outlines shipping times to major cities within Canada.

Outside Canada and the US
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping but do hope we are able to do so in the future!
We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 30 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products.
If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.
Haven't received your package yet?
Please allow 14 business days for delivery of package. If the order still hasn't arrived within this time period, email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to look into the issue further on a case-to-case basis.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of Canada Post's control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.
