We offer both Standard and Express shipping. For orders over $35 (before tax), we offer free Standard shipping. For orders $35 or less, a flat rate of $8 is applied for Standard shipping. We also offer Express shipping at a rate of $2 to $8 depending on the delivery location. Express shipping rates are set to only cover the additional cost of Express shipping. For orders $35 or less, the Express shipping rate will be added onto the $8 Standard flat rate.

All orders are shipped from Toronto within 1 - 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Standard shipping in Ontario will be sent via Purolator Ground, and Standard shipping to the rest of Canada will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. All packages being shipped with our Express service will be sent via Purolator Express. The following table provides estimated ship times for our Standard and Express shipping options.

Outside Canada and the US
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping but do hope we are able to do so in the future!
We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. After 30 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products.
If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.
Haven't received your package yet?
Please allow 14 business days for delivery of package. If the order still hasn't arrived within this time period, email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to look into the issue further on a case-by-case basis.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of Canada Post's control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.
