All of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We keep essential oil concentrations below 1% for most of our products and always include soothing ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend purchasing a sample of the product before committing to the full size, and we always recommend performing a patch test before trying a new product.
All of our products have a stable shelf life of 12 months, with the exception of our All Purpose Salve and Soak Herbal Bath Blend, which have a shelf life of 24 months. A date stamp on the bottom of each product packaging marks the MM/YYYY when it was made, so you know when it should be used by.
All Wildcraft products are made fresh with 100% natural ingredients and without harsh or chemical preservatives. To ensure the shelf life of your all-natural product is not compromised, avoid introducing water into the container and always handle products with clean, dry hands. Tightly secure lids and store products in a cool, dry place.
All of our products contain organic ingredients. The majority of our products contain over 85% organic ingredients, many of which are 99%+ organic.
The majority of our products are vegan. Vegan products are labelled with “vegan” in the product description on our website. Our Detox Face Mask and our Nourish Face Mask are not gluten-free as they contain colloidal oats. All other Wildcraft products are gluten-free but not certified gluten-free. This means, while we don’t expose our gluten-free products to gluten, we can’t guarantee that our facility is 100% free of gluten.
We use kukui nut oil in our Clarify Face Cream and almond oil in our Buff Face and Body Scrub. While the rest of our products are nut-free, our facility is not.
Absolutely not; all of our products are tested on us. We are a Leaping Bunny-certified brand.
It is important to look into which ingredients and essential oils are safe to use on your body during each stage of your pregnancy, as opinions can vary. Please seek the guidance of a healthcare practitioner to decide what is most suitable for you at this time. Our skincare line is made of all natural ingredients and contains a 1-2% dilution of essential oils in each formula, with the exception of our Soak Herbal Bath Blend and our Luxe Body Oil.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back used containers at this time, however, all of our containers are made of materials that can be recycled or repurposed (only the lids are made of non-recyclable plastic). We are constantly exploring more sustainable options.

All Wildcraft orders are shipping plastic-free. We use kraft paper materials to pack and ship our products—even our tape is made from paper!
Note: During the coldest winter days, we may use a cool shield wrap to ship any water-based products in order to prevent them from freezing and breaking. While this wrap does contain plastic, we looked at many alternatives and determined that this was the most environmentally-friendly option. It is the only exception that we make.

When you’re finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the cart window. This will take you to the confirmation page. On the right hand side, below the list of products, there will be a box labeled “Discount Code.” Enter your code in the box and click ‘Apply’. For mobile, click on “Show order summary” at the top and you’ll be able to enter your discount code.
